- 3-4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon very thin matchsticks of peeled ginger
- 1 cup fresh goat cheese, softened
- ½ cup plain whole milk whole milk Greek yogurt
- Juice and finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- freshly ground black pepper
- kosher salt
- 1 pound radishes, trimmed, or greens left intact if still young and tender
- 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil; more for drizzling
