- 2 cups dessicated coconut
- 3/4 cup cream, whipped
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup cornflour (corn starch)
- 2 tablespoons custard powder
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
