- 1 can great norther beans (drained and rinsed) optional
- 2 Tbsp white wine
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp kosher or pink himalayan salt
- cracked black pepper
- handful spinach roughly chopped
