- chunk
- * 1 tsp garam masala, to taste
- * 1/2 tsp paprika or cayenne
- * 1/4 tsp turmeric
- * 1/4 tsp asafetida
- * 1 small head cauliflower,
- * 1 cup fresh or frozen pea
- * 3/4 cup plain whole fat greek yogurt
- * 2 tbsp melted ghee
- * 2 tbsp milk
- * pinch of saffron
