Ingredients
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1½ cups water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large onion
- 2 large carrots
- 1 medium courgette
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp bouillon powder
- 2 tsp cajun spices
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 slices bread (I used seeded batch)
- 1 can beans, drained (I used haricot)
