- * handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- * 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- * juice of 1/2 lime
- * 1 vegetable stock cube
- * 150 ml (2/3 cup) coconut milk
- * 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- * 200 g (7oz) french bean, halved
- * salt, to taste
