- 175 gram (5½ ounces) broccolini, chopped coarsely
- 100 gram (3 ounces) snow peas, sliced thinly
- 2 green onions (scallions), sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 cup (40g) bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (cilantro)
