Ingredients
- * 2 large delicata squash, halved lengthwise, seed removed
- * 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- * 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- * 3 cup water stock or vegetable stock
- * 1 cup black rice
- * 2 tablespoon coconut oil

- * 1 clove garlic, minced
- * 1/4 cup fresh cranberry, halved
- * 3/4 cup fresh mushroom (i used lion mane but shiitake or
- oyster varietie also work)
- * 1/4 cup tart dried cherry, chopped roughly
- * 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- * juice of 1/2 lemon
- * 1 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
