- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Vinegar (Can Use Apple Cider Vinegar Too If You Can't Find Coconut)
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 head Napa Cabbage (about 10 Cups Shredded)
- 2 cups Sugar Snap Peas, Ribs Removed And Chopped
- 1-½ cup Fresh Orange Segments
- ¾ cups Thinly Sliced Scallions
- 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers
- ¼ cups Organic, Raw, Unrefined Coconut Oil, For Frying Wonton Strips
