- bacon wrapped shrimp (prawns):
- * 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- * 1/3 cup soy sauce
- * 2 tablespoon honey
- * 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- * 3 teaspoon minced garlic
- * 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- * 1 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- * salt to season
- * 500 g | 1lb large shrimp (prawns), peeled and deveined, tail intact
- * 14 bacon slice
- guacamole:
- * 3 large ripe avocado, mashed
- * 8 grape or cherry tomato, finely sliced
- * 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper capsicum
- * 3 shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
- * 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice (adjust to your taste)
- * salt and pepper to season
