Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- ½ cup fat free evaporated milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup + 1/3 sugar, divided
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ t salt
- 4 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 ½ cups raspberries, fresh or frozen (though if you use frozen, make sure you fully thaw them before using)
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 16 tablespoons light canned whipped cream (I forgot to add this before taking pictures, but it’s delicious!)
