- * 1 medium red bell pepper, finely diced
- * 2 chipotle chile in adobo, finely minced
- * 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- * 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaf, chopped
- * 1 tablespoon plus 1 separate tablespoon olive oil
- * 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- * bun, pita for serving
