- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper, (optional)
- 1 can brown lentils, drained
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, (gluten free if required)
- 1/2 cup canned chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup instant polenta
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- For the glaze:
- 1 cup canned chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup smoky bbq sauce
- Pinch cayenne pepper, (optional)
- A little salt and pepper to taste
