  • -1 lime or lemon, juice of (I used 1 lime)
  • -1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (the recipe called for 1/2 cup but you don't need it)
  • -1 tbsp melted butter (the recipe called for 1/2 cup but you don't need it)
  • -2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • -3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • -3 tbsp capers
  • -1 tsp seasoned salt, plus more
  • -3/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • -1 tsp ground cumin
  • -1 tsp garlic powder
  • -1.5 lb Sole fillet (10-12 thin fillets) (I used Tilapia)
  • -4-6 green onions, top trimmed, halved length-wise (I used more and then chopped some up also)
  • -1 lime or lemon, sliced (optional--I used sliced lime)
  • -3/4 cup roughly chopped fresh dill for garnish (I completely forgot to add dill but it tasted amazing anyway)
