- * 1 8-ounce package dried cornhusk
- * 1 1/3 cup pork lard, room temperature

- * 2 pound (about 4 cup) fresh coarse ground corn masa
- * 1 to 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- * 4 -5 cup pulled pork dressed in barbecued sauce
- * to make the salsa:
- * 1 12 oz bag of frozen yellow corn, defrosted, drained and dried
- * 2 serrano chile, rib and seed removed, finely chopped
- * 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- * 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- * juice of 2 lime
- * 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- * 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- * 1/2 teaspoon sugar, plus more to taste
