- 3 large poblano peppers
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic peeled, 2 of them minced, 2 left whole
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
