Ingredients
- 8 ounces XL rice sticks/banh pho noodles (normal size will work fine as well, or even linguine)
- 4 tbsp red pepper flakes with 2 tbsp cold water stirred in completely
- 2 tbsp hot vegetable oil
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 cup both chopped cilantro and green onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 head broccoli, florets only
