- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 250 milliliters Beef stock(or water)
- 200 milliliters Double cream
- 20 milliliters Brandy
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh coriander leaves( or Parsley)
