- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 centiliters Cognac

- 300 grams Pearl onion
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped Thyme
- 200 grams Chanterelle
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Lingonberries (from a jar)
