- 1 lb box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 qt tomatoes (i prefer home canned)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
