- 10 ounces Low sodium Tomato Soup
- 1/3 cup Onions ; finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can No salt sliced tomatoes
- 3 cups water ; rinse soup cans and tomato sauce can
- 15 ounces No salt tomato sauce
