Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb of lean ground beef (94/6)
- 1 small sweet yellow onion, diced
- 3-4 baby bell pepper, diced (i used red and orange)
- 8 oz cremini mushroom, sliced
- 4 clove of garlic, chopped
- sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- 3 cup of roasted tomato, onion and garlic marinara
- 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked per instruction
