Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 medium green (or red or yellow) sweet bell peppers
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can(s) yellow corn (frozen or fresh can also be used)
- 1 can(s) tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chili powder (can add to your taste)
- 1 c elbow, or other tubular pasta (add as much or as little as you prefer)
- 1 c cheddar cheese (can use american or mixed cheeses also, yellow cheese is best)
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
