- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups cooked buttered noodles
- A handful of chopped fresh parsley
