- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2-1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 cup cream (evaported milk works too)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper
- dill pickle, chopped to garnish (don't use too many) (optional)
