Gluten Free Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients
- 1 lb 90 percent lean ground beef
- 2 carrots , peeled and diced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1potato peeled and diced
- 1 rib of celery, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn (I used frozen corn)
- 10 oz gluten free elbow macaroni
- (1) 20 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup of gluten free beef broth
- 1 tbsp of Hungarian paprika (or regular paprika)
- ½ cup of red wine
- 2 tbsp low fat sour cream or Greek yogurt, plus more for garnish if you want
- salt and pepper to taste
