Creamy Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- * 2 tablespoon salted butter
- * 2 tablespoon general purpose flour
- for the mac:
- * 6 1/2 cup elbow pasta
- * 6 cup milk (2% or whole)
- * 2 cup velveeta cheese
- * 8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- * about 2 tablespoon of butter to grease the pan
- * 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- * 1 teaspoon white pepper
- for the topping:
- * 2 cup shredded grated cheddar cheese
