- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for drizzling
- ½ tsp. Aleppo-style pepper
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- Kosher salt
- 2 lb. ground lamb
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups mixed tender herbs (such as dill, cilantro, and/or mint)
- Flaky sea salt
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
