Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sour cream, trout or salmon roe, fresh dill & chives for garnish (all optional). You can just top with sour cream & herbs if you prefer!
