- One 14-ounce can whole tomatoes, with juice
- 3 cups cleaned baby spinach leaves (about 3 ounces)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
