- 1/2 Cup fresh Italian parsley, packed
- 1/2 garlic clove, germ removed
- 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
