Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Ground beef
- 1 Pound Ground pork
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 Medium onion ,chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic ,minced
- 2-3 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1-2 Cup Seasoned bread crumbs (start with one cup and add more as needed to hold together.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the filling:
- 1-2 Carrots ,shredded
- 1 ,6 ounce bag Baby spinach ,use just enough to line meatloaf
- 5 Hard boiled eggs ,peeled
- 8 ounces Grated cheese (Half mozzarella and half cheddar)
- 5-6 Slices Thinly sliced deli ham or prosciutto
- 1 ,16 ounce pacage Bacon (using enough to top meatloaf)
