- 1/4 ts pepper
- 1/2 ts dried basil
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1 onion
- Taste, tvfn
- 1/2 c celery
- 3 c soft white bread cubes
- 2/3 c milk
- 2 lb ground beef
