Frosted Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 6 slices bread
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes (see note)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
