Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 med shallots diced
- 1/4 cup ajvar ( see my recipe)
- 12 sicilian olives pitted and rough chopped
- 1 tbs anchovy paste
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs fat tony's sicilian seasoning ( or italian)
- 1 cup of base tomato sauce ( see my recipe)
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 4 servings of pasta cooked al dente
- 1/2 cup romano cheese
