- 2 eggs
- 6 scallops, small dice (6x6 mm)
- ½ lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined, small (6x6 mm)
- 4-5 scallions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons stone ground mustard
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 1/4 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
- 1 big tablespoon chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
