- 1 cup plain whole-milk or 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 3 large eggs yolks
- Finely grated zest of 1 medium lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large egg whites
