- 1 can peach halves in syrup, drained
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Confectioners' sugar, for garnish

- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
