- 2 medium lemons
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, plus more as needed
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon vinegar-based hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 tablespoon yuzu kosho, sambal oelek, or other chili paste, plus more as needed (optional)
