- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 x garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 x onion, diced
- 1 x large carrot, cut into matchsticks - or 1 cup matchstick cut carrots
- 1 x small zucchini, diced
- 2 x handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
