  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 3 ounces olive oil
  • 3 ounces vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Sriracha

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup Cotija (or Parmesan) cheese, grated fine
