Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus 3 tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, truffle flavor or regular
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces salmon fillets
- 1 head kale (about 5 cups), stems removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
