Taco Mac Cheese
Ingredients
- * 1 lb box of pasta (i used medium shell)
- * 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- * 1 packet of taco seasoning
- * 1/4 c butter
- * 1/4 c flour
- * 4 c milk
- * 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- * 1 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
- * green onion and tortilla strip for garnish, if desired
