Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground chuck, lean
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound bow tie pasta
- 32 ounces chicken stock or beef stock, low sodium
- 8 ounces cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
- Salt and pepper, to taste
