Sausage Mac n Cheese
Ingredients
- * 300 gm macaroni, cooked el dente
- * 25 gm butter
- * 1 bay leaf
- * 6 clove garlic, minced
- * 1 onion, minced
- * 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- * 1 cup milk
- * 1/2 tsp oregano
- * 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- * salt and pepper to taste
- * 4 heaped tbsp cream cheese
- * 10 sausage, boiled and diced
