Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- * 1 pound pasta (I used shells, but elbows or would work well, too.)
- * 1 pound ground beef
- * 1/4 cup ketchup
- * 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- * 1 tbsp butter
- * 1 tbsp flour
- * 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- * 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- * 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- * 3 tbsps panko breadcrumbs
- * dried oregano
- * garlic powder
- * salt and pepper
- * olive oil
