- 340 gm tomato paste

- 10 almonds, blanched, peeled and made into a paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons kasuri methi/dried fenugreek leaves
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¾ pint heavy cream
