- * 3 tbsp dark sesame oil
- * for the bowl:
- * 1/4 c jicama
- * 1 cup shelled edamame
- * 1 oz udon noodle
- * 4 wonton wraper
- * 3 tbsp olive oil divided
- * 1 small avocado diced
- * salt and pepper to taste
