Ingredients
- 100g rice noodles

- 250g rump steak thinly sliced

- 140g thin-stemmed broccoli each stem cut on the diagonal into 3 pieces
- 0.5 small pack coriander leaves picked and stalks finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 165ml can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
