Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate coarsely chopped
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into large cubes
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (pref. dutch process)
- 7 Large eggs, separated
- 1 1/3 cups sugar (plus more for dusting)
